Ballard A/C & Heating has been the sole caretaker/service provider for our 4 units since July 2007. Throughout this time we have worked through a multitude of installation issues (NONE OF THEM DUE TO BALLARD), and all have been rectified THANKS TO BALLARD.

Due to the recent hail storm, my air conditioner needed to be replaced. I chose to use Ballard because I had heard that others had used their service. I was very impressed with their prompt response, customer service, and honesty. Their estimate was fair and the final costs were true to the estimate given. The technician was professional, prompt and friendly.
I will be using Ballard to service our air conditioner in the following years. I would be quick to recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning service.
